The Essential Residence Visit
30 Minutes — beginning at $36
We provide refined, in-residence care that allows your pet to remain where they feel most secure — at home. Suitable for dogs, cats, and mixed-pet households.

Premium Time Policy
Standard Operating Hours: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Daily)
Visits outside these hours are Premium Time.
Premium Time Adjustment: +$15 per visit.
Service Policies
Visit Duration & Scheduling Policy Visit durations reflect the time reserved on the schedule and include arrival procedures, care tasks, and visit documentation.
Arrival times may vary within the scheduled service window due to route optimization, traffic conditions, and pet safety considerations.
Service Scope Policy: Service rates are based on the number of pets and the care tasks requested at the time of booking. Additional pets or care needs may require a service adjustment.
Peak Reservation Policy: Reservations made during high-demand travel periods are reserved exclusively for your household.
Peak travel periods include major holidays, Spring Break, and select summer travel weeks.
Because these times fill quickly and limit availability for other clients, peak reservations are non-refundable once confirmed. Clients may modify visit times when possible, but reserved dates remain billed.
