It can include coordinating appointments and providers, maintaining care information and records, managing supplies, arranging transportation and tracking ongoing needs, with one trusted point of contact helping keep everything connected.

What happens if my pet becomes ill or injured?

If your pet becomes ill, injured, or experiences an emergency while in our care, we will act promptly with your pet’s safety as the priority.We will contact you as soon as possible.If you cannot be reached, we will contact your designated emergency contact.When veterinary attention is needed, we may transport your pet to your preferred veterinarian or an appropriate emergency veterinary facility.We will keep you informed and document important information related to your pet’s care.Clients are responsible for veterinary expenses incurred on behalf of their pet.

How do you handle extreme Texas weather?

Pet safety always takes priority over completing an outdoor walk.When temperatures are 95°F or above or 32°F or below, outdoor walks may be shortened to a brief potty break based on current conditions and your pet’s individual needs. The remaining visit time will be spent indoors providing enrichment, play, companionship, and attention.During heavy rain, lightning, thunderstorms, flooding, or other unsafe conditions, outdoor activity may also be shortened, modified, or replaced with indoor care.The full scheduled visit will still be provided.

Are you responsible if something happens to my pet or property?

We take the safety of your pet and home seriously and exercise professional care during every visit.Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their pets, home, access points, and any known safety or behavioral concerns. Snuggles and Strides Pet Concierge is not responsible for incidents resulting from unsafe or defective fencing or doors, undisclosed behavioral concerns, damage caused by a client’s pet, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.Specific responsibilities and limitations are outlined in our Service Agreement, which clients review and sign before services begin.
