In the event of illness or emergency: We will attempt to contact you immediately If unreachable, we will contact your emergency contact If necessary, we may transport your pet to the designated veterinarian Clients assume financial responsibility for veterinary expenses incurred.

During extreme heat: Walk durations may be adjusted Hydration breaks prioritized Pavement temperatures evaluated for safety During severe weather: Schedule adjustments may occur Clients will be notified promptly Pet safety always takes precedence.
