In the event of illness or emergency: • We will attempt to contact you immediately • If unreachable, we will contact your emergency contact • If necessary, we may transport your pet to the designated veterinarian Clients assume financial responsibility for veterinary expenses incurred.

During extreme heat: • Walk durations may be adjusted • Hydration breaks prioritized • Pavement temperatures evaluated for safety During severe weather: • Schedule adjustments may occur • Clients will be notified promptly Pet safety always takes precedence.

However: • We are not liable for pets escaping faulty fencing or doors • We are not liable for injuries caused by undisclosed aggression • We are not responsible for damage caused by pets • We are not liable for acts of nature, burglary, or third-party actions Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, the client agrees to hold harmless Snuggles & Strides Pet Concierge.
